In his more than 40 years of experience in the coaching and leadership development arenas, Glenn has worked with all levels of leadership in a wide variety of industries – from oil distribution managers in Wyoming to the CFO of one of the world’s premier chocolatiers; from partners in a major global consulting firm to general managers in a top medical device manufacturer; from executives in a major consumer goods firm to the CEO of a bio-tech company. In each case, Glenn’s knowledge of effective leadership, his understanding of the dynamics of organizational systems and his belief in the power of purpose have enabled his clients to close the gap between performance and potential.
Prior to joining Copperbox, Glenn founded Next Chapter Coaching and Development, a boutique consulting firm offering leadership development and coaching services to corporate clients.
He was previously a senior principal at Korn Ferry International, where he was a member of Korn Ferry’s CEO and Executive Development practice, as well as designing, developing and delivering custom leadership programs for major corporate clients around the world.
His work has taken him to China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, England, UAE, Canada, Mexico, Peru, Dominican Republic, The Bahamas, and throughout the United States.
Education and Credentials
Glenn received both his MA in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology and his BA in Business from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He is the author of Masterful Facilitation (Amazon Books) and numerous articles in Training Magazine, Business Journal, and other publications. He received the Dugan Laird Award for Excellence in Writing in Human Resources.

Glenn enjoys running, music, reading and achieving global dominance through his four grandchildren. He and his wife split their time between Denver, Colorado and Huntersville, NC.
