Leaders are not defined by their assessment data, but data is an important part of understanding how leaders operate and how they are perceived. This self-awareness can cut years off of a leader’s development time. We use a combination of online and verbal 360 feedback tools, as well as other data-rich assessment instruments to gain a comprehensive understanding of who a leader is. We draw out these insights into a narrative that provides our clients a clear understanding and focus for their development.
